This is the formal, factual stuff, to be written in the '3rd person' in a clean and consistent way. It is intended to be the place where typical facts don't fit, and there is a need to expand on the background of an individual.
Everyone gets the opportunity to contribute, and so there is a great deal of trust in the community to act responsibly with entering content here.
