Super Rugby 15 2012 Round 1 is over and there were plenty of great performances from bargain priced players in testrugby.com. Ironically it was a player from the bottom placed Hurricanes, Beauden Barrett who topped the points with 475 points for the round despite being worth $632,500. The other value for money players are James Hanson, Juandre Kruger, Johan Goosen, Robbie Coleman and David Raikuna. There are eight out of 12 players in the Team of Round 1 worth under $1 million, but you had better be in quick before they go up in value!
There are players from a mixture of teams with only the Stormers and Blues having more than one player. There are five New Zealand players, four South Africans and three Australian players. Who do you think should have made the Team of Round 1?
