Both try assists not rewarded
Jan Serfontein surely is one of SA's brightest talents and exciting to watch in what else would be described as a very dull and average Bulls backline. I'll be keeping my eyes on his performances as he grows in this level of rugby. Injuries aside this young man will soon be wearing the Springbok jersey.
The Bulls were unlucky to get that last penalty against the Brumbies, but did not deserve to win either after yet another boring game of rugby. Reading through the social network rants People are asking wih one voice why the bulls will still continue to play an outdated and brainless gameplan? Coaching staff? The Bulls are quite dangerous with frontfoot ball but the kick and chase tactic is clearly not working or producing any rewards.
Back to the rant at hand. The Bulls scored two tries in the match against the brumbies through JJ Engelbrecht and Jurgen Visser. Both these tries came from final passes given by Jan Serfontein. According to my understanding Jan Serfontein should have been awarded 120 points, 60 points for each try assist. Currently Jan Serfontein is not allocated with even one try assist.......
Please all the hardworking and intellectual guru's from Testrugby.com, please fix this oversight.
