Which teams impressed you in Super Rugby Round 18? What should be done with Nonu? Should Deysel play without a shirt more often? Which teams will make the finals?
Super 15 Rugby Round 18 taught us several things. All Blacks legend Dan Carter is back and punished the Highlanders. The Crusaders are peaking at the business of the season, while the Chiefs are continuing their impressive win. Both of the Chiefs and Crusaders should make the finals after larger than predicted wins by SuperBru tipsters.
Most results were predicted by SuperBru tipsters, although some of the margins were larger than expected.
The Stormers vs Cheetahs match split the tipsters with the Stormers win by 25 points taking most people by surprise since most people thought it would be tight.
While most people expected the Bulls to win handsomely, the Crusaders and Chiefs won by more comfortable margins than anticipated. It seems that the cream is rising to the top meaning that some of the teams with less to play for could be on the receiving end of some lopsided scores.
Jean Deysel from the Sharks went beyond the call of duty and played with no shirt on at times against the Blues. It isn't a bad tactic really as it makes you harder to tackle. The Sharks beat the Blues in a thriller and both teams have an outside chance at the Top Six.
The Chiefs, Bulls, Brumbies, Crusaders and Reds look to have cemented their spots in the finals, but the wheels have fallen off the apple cart for the Cheetahs leaving them vulnerable in sixth spot, although they do have the bye coming up and so the next four teams, the Blues, Sharks, Waratahs and Stormers could make it with two victories and if the Cheetahs lose to the Blues this week.
ROYEE has a narrow lead at the top of the Super Rugby Tips SuperBru competition. It is difficult for most other tipsters knowing whether to pick heaps of upsets or go for less conservative margins. There are enough surprise results to keep everyone on their toes!

Ma'a Nonu's performance for the Highlanders vs Crusaders was nothing short of disgusting and he deserves to be banned for the rest of the Super Rugby season. I hope the Highlanders get rid of him. The only problem is that Nonu hasn't played well for the Hurricanes, Blues or Highlanders and the Chiefs have announced that they don't want him. So if the Crusaders don't want him, what will happen? Why does Nonu play better for the All Blacks? Does he have to have superstar players around him? Did he throw this tackle to avoid playing meaningless end of season matches for the Highlanders?
Sadly, Crusaders midfielder Robbie Fruean is out with heart issues. Further problems of this nature could leave a spot in the Crusaders for Nonu going forward, although he can be disruptive. The Crusaders look like they will lose Israel Dagg, so could be on the lookout for an All Black back.
