Here is some news for TestRugby managers with news that Benji Marshall will play at first five eighth, rather than fullback for the Blues in Super Rugby 2014.

Blues coach John Kirwan has admitted that recent league recruit Benji Marshall will play at first five eighth in his debut Super Rugby 2014.  Do you think this is a good move?  Kirwan was initially going to play him at fullback but I guess the Blues have better outside backs than inside backs.

What do you think of Benji Marshall's likely playing in the Number 10 jersey for the Blues in Super Rugby 2014?

I really don't know why there was ever speculation that he'd play anywhere else... The glaring gaps in class for them in 2014 is locks and halves. Benji will have a LOT of learning to do, but he offers the best chance of filling those big boots.
