Ref Cam will debut in Super Rugby 2013 when Chris Pollock wears it in the Round 2 fixture between the Reds and the Waratahs, do you want to see the action from up close?
Ref Cam will hit Super 15 Rugby 2013 when the Queensland Reds and NSW Waratahs do battle. New Zealand referee Chris Pollock will wear an ear piece with in-built camera to provide viewers of Fox Sports coverage a unique perspective. It looks pretty cool from what can be seen above and from clicking through the link. I think it will enhance the viewing perspective but it could be scary as to what the viewers see and hear the players get up to on the field. It could require some censorship!
This is set to keep fans entertained, but I wonder if you will see and hear misbehaving players and if this may show you a different side to players that you previously thought highly of!
