& The Frustration!!!

Hi Guys,

I would just like to find out if you are going to do anything about Sarel Pretorius's stats? A few of us have brought it to your attention that he assisted with a try and made more than 3 tackles as well as more than 1 line break over the weekend. We only expect him to receive what is due to him, nothing more and that goes for any player! I understand that your criteria might differ from others in terms what constitutes a tackle or go-forward ball, but breaking the line and setting up a try are fairly straight forward!

You guys have to remember that some of us play this fantasy league quite seriously, often with wagers against mates to keep it interesting, and when players we choose don't receive the correct points allocation it makes it very frustrating for us! Sometimes to the point where we do want to look into other providers of a similar platform, this is not a threat, it's just simply the truth. Put yourself in our shoes and I'm sure you would feel the same!

We understand your stats team is human, and that mistakes happen... However, when we have asked you to review stats and still nothing changes, thats when it becomes annoying! All I am asking is that you keep it fair and un-bias towards any specific player, that they don't under or over earn in terms of points... but get what they deserve!

I trust you guys understand the frustration!

Real Deal 11 May 2011 11:27 AM Thanks all for the comments, we monitor our stats team as best we can, it's always a rush to try to meet our deadline so that our fans from all over the world can login to see their teams as early as possible. Some of our team members new and like with anything they are getting better with experience. Most of our stats are done by pros.. we get very few issues with their stats. I'll keep the heat on for sure!!
	10 . Shimmy-shakers 11 May 2011 09:46 AM I would really love to see some altruistic player moan about a player's points where they don't actually own them or have a vested interest. Seems most peeps have victim syndrome somewhat...the guys on this site aren't perfect but I think they're doing a great job. If you don' t like it, leave, don' t threaten or strong-arm, just leave and go moan on some other site where I'm throwing a pretty good guess out that somehow you'll still feel hard done by...

	7 . Die states 11 May 2011 12:12 AM The samoe thing happened with Sonny Bill Williams against the Force two weeks ago. He did not receive a single try assist. He was however responsible for Israel Dagg's second try as well as Kahn Fotuali'i try. I e-mailed twice, but it was not corrected. I would never complain about tackles, line breaks etc. but tries and try assists is a different ball-game....
	6 . Real Deal 10 May 2011 09:45 PM Sarel was given 1 extra line break, it was a close call with this one as it was very close to being a go forward. See our definitions.
	5 . Real Deal 10 May 2011 09:40 PM The game was reviewed and Sarel was given an assist. It must be noted that he played this game more as a link man, moving the ball to his outsides where the holes were. In the first half he did not make 1 single tackle? He also played the last 1/4 on the wing.
