The Super Rugby Round Six Team of the Round is out and there are plenty of talking points including the large number of Australian players despite the dominant Crusaders at Twickenham!
Super Rugby Round Six saw some amazing scenes as the Australian players dominated the Team of Round Six Super Rugby. Who cares that the Crusaders were dominant when they beat the Sharks in London of all places? The Reds contributed three backs including the highest score from the round from Will Genia. The Rebels continued the pattern of at least one upset per round with a win over the Hurricanes, with lock Alister Campbell and halfback Nick Phipps representing the Melbourne team. Matt Giteau rounded out the Australian contingent. There were also four New Zealand players and two South Africans. The notable ommissions this week include the Crusaders quartet of Dan Carter, Sonny Bill Williams, Robbie Fruean and Israel Dagg. The Crusaders have the bye next round, so sell them as soon as possible and buy them after the lock of this round to utilise value.
