Super Rugby Statistical Leaders 2015 So Far 13 views

Who has impressed you in Super Rugby 2015?
Super Rugby 2015 has reached one third of the way through the competition and so we thought it would be interesting to see who the statistical leaders are. The criteria is that these statistics are based on the definitions on fantasy rugby website www.testrugby.com, for example a tackle is only awarded to the first tackler, rather than support tacklers, hence why the numbers might be lower than what you expect. These rankings are based on the averages rather than totals. Players must rate in the top 20 overall and have the highest average. It is interesting to see that some of these players are good performers but are far less expensive in fantasy rugby value.
The best overall player in Super Rugby 2015 so far is Handre Pollard (BUL) after six games he has two tries, one assist, five linebreaks, 20 go forwards, 35 tackles, four turnovers, one lineout, 15 catches of kicks and 36 goals from 45 attempts. On the down side he has lost possession twice.
The player with the next highest average is Patrick Lambie from the Sharks while Heinrich Brussouw from the Cheetahs has only played three games, but has the third highest average. Should he also be in the Springboks again?
