Scoring
I've been playing test rugby for a few years now and i'm not terrible at it. I would like to suggest a dedicated means to query a players score after the scores come out.
This week Sonny Bill WIlliams scored 110 or so. The scoring states that he made one line break and got go fwd just once also. I can't be the only person who thinks this is irregular and while i accept it and take it on the chin, it would still be nice to have a function on the website where these strange anomalies can be investigated...
I understand how time consuming it must be for the people collating player scores to do so, and i also understand that they probably do it for little or no payment because they love rugby. But that doesn't mean mistakes don't get made either. I think of it as a TV ref for testrugby.com. I'm sure the scorers would also like the end result to be as accurate as possible too.
I know that this could open the website up to thousands of irrational complaints by people unhappy with the way their team performs which is probably why it hasn't been done yet, but i'm sure you computer savvy folk at testrugby.com could come up with a way to filter the garbage from the real queries?
It's just a suggestion... Use it, don't use it.
