We appreciate feedback on the rugby player stats that we produce each Round, but please keep the following in mind when thinking of sending us a query:

1. Occasionally our stats team are human and do make a genuine mistake, and in these cases we welcome your bringing this to our attention. Where this is provided within a reasonable amount of time we aim to correct the error and recalculate the scoring. To maintain stability in the game, minor inaccuracies that go undiscovered for more than a few days will not be changed.
2. Often our stats, such as 'tackle count' are different to other providers. This is because our definitions are different and so we generate quite different numbers.
3. Many stats in the game have a degree subjectiveness in their measurement. We do our best to maintain consistent standards so the subjectivity element is reduced, but there will always be a level of difference with personal and isolated viewpoints. Feedback is welcomed, but we usually won't make amendments to this type of discrepency.

Note. We read all queries sent through and make updates to the stats where required, but please don't expect a reply. Providing custom responses is time consuming and/or impractical and we prefer to channel this energy into improving the game.
